Legal Due to Cancellation of Grants in Perspective of Legal Certainty

This study aims to find out and analyze the judge's legal considerations in canceling grant deed consequences of that has been made by Land Titles Registrar (PPAT). From these objectives, problem can be formulated, namely: What are judge what PPAT. To answer problems, method used this research is normative juridical, which a type examines perspective certainty. The results prove based on statutory regulations, among others Civil Code, Islamic Law Compilation (KHI), Syariah Economic (KHES).While, PPAT i.e. it null void and/or canceled. Cancel law canceled, if does not meet requirements an agreement. discussion, namely object considered never exist returned as before grantor. As recommendation from research, are: there should stricter clearer regulations governing grants their cancellations ensure certainty government officials able provide counseling related public will do or cancel grant.
